Cole Rixe, Partner/Chief Executive Officer
Cole is the liaison between the agency and it's clients. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration concentrated in Marketing, Cole's natural and educational background enables him to develop a lasting relationship and connect to your business in the most professional and courteous manner. His charismatic presence helps him to be a strong facilitator of engagement, and his commitment to marketing ensures our client's needs are being met.
Dr. Shari Carpenter, Partner/Chief Strategy Officer
With over thirty years of marketing and advertising experience, as well as, sixteen years of collegiate instructing and research experience, Dr. Carpenter is the wisdom and knowledge of the agency. She provides insightful and effective ways to implement and communicate important marketing concepts to ensure our client's success.
Dustin Follett, Partner/Chief Operations Officer
Dustin works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything DDRC Marketing produces is tracked, quantified, and crafted efficiently and effectively.
Dustin grew up in Bend, Oregon, and went to Eastern Oregon University to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an Associate's degree in Business Administration. He possesses a drive to solve complex problems through data analysis and marketing research. He didn't see himself as a marketer during his college career, but during his time at DDRC, he is a valuable asset contributing to our client's success.
In his free time, he loves to go fishing, fly fishing, rod and reel fishing, watch movies, and use his 3D printer.
Nicholas Duffy, Partner/Chief Creative Officer
Nicholas is our "creative multi-tool" with expertise in social media, graphic design, copywriting, email marketing, and print advertising. As the Chief Creative Officer, he implements highly specialized, targeted creations backed by strategy and research. He also is an avid Raiders fan and loves his morning coffee.
Colten Alldredge, Visual Strategist
Colten is DDRC Marketing’s master of visual strategy. Specializing in photography and videography, he brings our client’s brands to life and ensures all visuals are professionally done, backed by research, and on-brand.
A local to Eastern Oregon, Colten plans to continue his education and hone his skills in order to make DDRC Marketing competitive against larger agencies. Colten is an Eastern Oregon University student, with plans to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2023. Having worked multiple jobs and internships in the past, Colten has amassed broad experiences in multiple industries.
In his free time, Colten enjoys doing mechanical work, fishing, and spending time with his friends.
Deidre Schreiber, Social Media Manager
Before starting at DDRC, Deidre was the social media coordinator for Country Natural Beef. As DDRC's newest addition to our creative department, she is responsible for creating engaging content for delegated clients' social media presence, including keeping their social media channels updated and brand-focused and seeking out new social media trends and ways of connecting with current and potential followers.
