I hereby grant and authorize DDRC Marketing the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, press kits, websites, and social media, without payment or any other consideration.
I understand this authorization extends to all formats and media now known or developed in the future, and shall continue indefinitely unless revoked in writing.
I hereby release DDRC Marketing from all liability related to this media use. If under 18, I confirm my parent/guardian has reviewed and consents to this release.
