I hereby grant and authorize DDRC Marketing LLC, its clients, and partners the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all photographs, video, or other recorded media of me for lawful marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, press kits, websites, and social media platforms, without payment or other consideration. Content may be shared with DDRC Marketing LLC clients for use on their marketing channels and materials.
I understand that this authorization extends to all formats and media now known or later developed and may be used in connection with approved marketing or promotional activities. This authorization shall remain in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing.
I hereby release and hold harmless DDRC Marketing LLC, its clients, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or related to the use of such media as described above.
