We were approached by one of the esteemed directors of this inaugural event, seeking assistance in establishing a robust online presence. Without hesitation, we eagerly accepted the challenge and swiftly developed a sleek yet impactful one-page website that quickly ascended the search engine results pages. The resounding success of the first-ever Two Cultures One Community Powwow owes much to the dedication of the directors and the invaluable support of their philanthropic sponsors, all driven by a shared commitment to realizing this extraordinary vision. It is with profound gratitude that we reflect on our role in contributing to the realization of this initiative.

We've had the pleasure of collaborating with the Chamber across various marketing initiatives. When internal enhancements called for a website upgrade, we rolled up our sleeves armed with research and strategic insights. Revamping the site was no small feat, with its multitude of pages and intricate CRM system. It's been a gratifying journey contributing to the marketing efforts of the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce and its exceptional team. As the Chamber continues to thrive in its mission of fostering member success, it also sets a precedent as the premier Chamber in Eastern Oregon, and perhaps beyond.

We initiated our collaboration by conducting maintenance on the site, ensuring that it boasted up-to-date information and enhancing its SEO presence even further. Following internal branding updates, we embarked on a significant endeavor to refresh the site's look and enhance its user experience (UX). This project was no small feat, but its successful completion has been reflected in the steady growth of the site's popularity ever since.

After completing a detailed research report and brand strategy, we were ready to start revamping the Blue Mountain Electric site. We made the site brand consistent and ensured there was no way to miss the contact button. Shortly after its launch, they received quite a few qualified leads from their new site. 

After completing a detailed website audit and Search Engine Optimization analysis on the previous Pendleton Convention Center site, we identified areas of improvement in user flow and experience. All of which helped guide our decisions and design for the website update. 

With a need for an online portal to purchase her services, The Compost Chick AKA Liz reached out to DDRC. We had fun using her playful and colorful brand to produce her new website! 

The Pendleton UAS Range is the nation's leading, business-friendly testing and development range. Through our partnership, we developed and implemented a robust integrated marketing strategy rooted in facts and data on this up-and-coming industry. In tandem with traditional and digital marketing, the new Pendleton UAS Range website has been a key driver in new business development. In 2022, the website received a total of 3,319 unique users with a conversion rate of 9.66% (the industry average conversion rate is between 2.43 - 4.31).

McCormack Construction Company requested a complete revamp of their website complemented by effective Search Engine Optimization. Through collaborative discovery sessions and phase development, we refined and updated McCormack's website while incorporating designs that followed their brand identity. Along with the improved website, we captured new photos of the McCormack team and created a professional logo reveal video to capture the audience's attention upon entry to the site.

Complete with a new brand identity developed from extensive research and unencumbered creativity, The Vert's new website showcases its timeless spaces and endless possibilities. The design elements are reminiscent of 1930s-era art deco with a modern twist to honor The Vert's history and legacy. 

DDRC Marketing's go-to spot for lunch and after-work drinks, Raul's Taqueria, has been a staple in La Grande for over ten years. Based on our website analysis and audit, Raul's existing website received little to no traffic due to inconsistencies with our social media marketing efforts. Following a complete overhaul and three months later, Raul's has seen a 20% increase in new users and a 240% increase in conversions. It's true - Together is Better at Raul's!

Facing numerous challenges in managing bookings, events, and E-Commerce capabilities, we knew Summerville Stables would be a ride. Prior to developing a new website for Summerville Stables, we conducted research into her existing and prospective customers and analyzed her competitors to yield results of a fresh brand strategy and identity. From there, we had a foundation to provide consistent branding while integrating an RSVP, Booking, and CRM system to manage and streamline conversions. The result is a fully developed, well-branded E-Commerce capable website that is strides ahead of the competition. 

Blue Mountain Barbers is an old-fashioned barbershop rooted in customer service and happiness; however, there was no existing website to share their story! Now, they have that and more. The Blue Mountain Barbers website is a single-page view website that cuts to the point and distinguishes them from the rest. Reminiscent of their iconic barber pole, the site showcases their story and the confident experience one feels after a fresh haircut. 

Located in Pendleton, OR, Thai Crystal is known for their authentic, traditional Thai Cuisine. To offer a more effortless ordering experience while showcasing their beautiful dishes, the new website has been a consistent income generator proving the value of results-driven, integrated marketing. 

Renovated from a vintage Texaco station in La Grande, OR, The Local has become a quick favorite for locals and tourists alike to enjoy ice cream, coffee, people, and more. The new website has provided them with incredibly high conversion rates, with traffic going from the website right to their drive-thru. 

A benevolent, community-focused organization, EOU Head Start offers free pre-k education for underprivileged children aged 0-5. Prior to partnering with DDRC in 2021, EOUHS had little digital presence and inconsistent branding. Two years later, they are one of Oregon's only fully staffed Head Start programs. They have seen a significant increase in applications directly correlated to our integrated marketing approach. 

Like many airports in 2020, the Pendleton Airport saw a drastic enplanement decline due to the pandemic. DDRC partnered with the Pendleton Airport to help them take flight again. Through our consistent social media marketing and development of a new website, the Pendleton Airport received a total of 10,337 unique users to their site (+49.6% compared to 2021) and 2,577 conversions. The result was an increase in enplanements by 25.4% in 2022 compared to 2021.

A music duo from La Grande, Sage & Stone needed a website to show off their music, increase their digital presence, house more information about them, and act as an EPK (Electronic Press Kit). After some time, our integrated approach has increased their yearly gigs from 1 to over 12. We have also grown explosive reach overseas with our strategic targeting through paid social media.

Garron Grounds Management is a landscaping company that relied solely on word of mouth before having a new website. Since the website's launch, they have received large landscape management contracts.

Thai Fresh Gardens is a long-time client of DDRC, and this website is reaping the rewards of integrated marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Customers traveling through town can find this restaurant online and journey to their underground location.

Wallowa RiverSand is a spice rub manufacturer that needed a website to sell its unique product. They have a consistent flow of customers from all over the United States. They also have a solid merchandising presence in several states. 

Through continual analysis and refinement, the team at DDRC developed and designed our website to showcase our process when working with clients that remained true to our gold bar brand element. Like we do for our clients, we are continually monitoring trends and data to better answer the question of "What more could we do to improve and provide results?"

Beautifully designed and previously managed by Lora Thorson Creative, the reins have been passed to DDRC to manage, maintain, and optimize the website for this legacy event in Pendleton, and we couldn't feel more honored to help them in any way with achieving their goal of Preserving our Western heritage one scholarship at a time!
